·       Virtual Classroom Data: Video and audio recordings of live tutoring sessions (used solely for child safety, tutor review, or playback, only with explicit parental consent), digital chat logs, and shared interactive whiteboard notes.
·       Technical Logs: IP address, browser type, device details, and session timestamps used to maintain stable video streaming connections. 
 
2. Legal Basis and How We Use Your Data
We process data based on the explicit, affirmative consent provided by adult students or parents/guardians. We use this data to:
·       Connect students with online tutors via our virtual classrooms.
·       Send automated class reminders, rescheduling updates, and progress reports via WhatsApp/Email.
·       Process secure online fees and subscription payments.
·       Monitor live or recorded sessions strictly for internal quality control, student safety, and tutor evaluations. 
 
3. Strict Protections for Minor Students (Under 18)
In compliance with Section 9 of India's DPDPA 2023, we enforce rigid protections for online learners:
·       Verifiable Parental Consent: We do not allow minors under 18 to create accounts or book classes independently. Digital verification from a parent or legal guardian is required.
·       No Tracking or Profiling: We do not track children’s browsing habits across the web, nor do we build consumer profiles around minor students.
·       No Target Ads: Our platform is completely free of third-party targeted advertisements. 

4. Third-Party Tools & Digital Data Transfers
To deliver an online learning experience, we integrate with secure, industry-leading third-party software. Your data may interact with:
·       Virtual Classrooms: Platforms like (Zoom / Google Meet / Microsoft Teams) to host live video lessons.
·       Communication Channels: Platforms like (WhatsApp Business API / Twilio / Google Workspace) for updates and digital reports.
·       Online Payment Gateways: PCI-DSS compliant secure processors like (Razorpay / Stripe / Instamojo). We do not store your credit card numbers or banking passwords on our      servers.

5. Digital Publicity & Testimonials
Even though we operate online, we voluntarily honor the consumer transparency expectations of local coaching rules. We will never publish a student's online testimonial, exam results, photograph, or name on our website or social media handles without an explicit, digital opt-in consent form signed by the parent or adult student.

6. Data Security and Remote Access
·       Cloud Security: Your digital data is stored using secure cloud servers with modern encryption standard practices (SSL/TLS protocols) during data transmission.
·       Tutor Access Controls: Tutors are granted access only to the specific student profiles assigned to them. Tutors are bound by strict non-disclosure agreements prohibiting them from downloading or sharing student data outside our platform. 

7. Your Digital Data Rights
Under the DPDPA, you hold the following rights which can be exercised entirely online:
·       Right to Access & Review: Request a digital copy of all personal records we hold for you or your child.
·       Right to Correction: Instantly update or rectify inaccurate profile information.
·       Right to Erasure (Right to be Forgotten): Request permanent deletion of your account and child's learning history upon completion of tuition.
·       Right to Withdraw Consent: Cancel your consent to data processing at any point, which will automatically stop your online subscription.
